John Malone maintains a statewide practice solely devoted to civil litigation in the state and federal courts of North Carolina. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Wake Forest University. Since joining Pinto Coates Kyre & Brown in 1998, he has focused his practice on construction claims, personal injury/wrongful death claims, products liability litigation, insurance litigation (both defense and coverage), and commercial litigation. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer at seminars for lawyers and insurance adjusters on a wide range of topics, including UM/UIM coverage, trial tactics for young lawyers, and insurance coverage for construction defect claims.
